Our division Standards is divided into two main fields of operation :

On the one hand Supracon manufactures on the basis of a development that reaches back over 10 years in Leibniz-Institute of Photonic Technology (IPHT) highly integrated superconducting microwave circuits to be applied in Josephson Voltage Standard Systems.

On the other hand Supracon offers nanoscale calibration standards for modern microscopy which allow an internationally comparable measuring of functional components in nanotechnology, nanoengineering, biotechnology, semiconductor industry and material sciences on the nanometer scale.
