Worldwide first commercially available AC Josephson Voltage Standard System applicable from DC up to kHz frequencies.

The technology was developed together with PTB Braunschweig and esz AG.

The system is based on a 10V programmable Josephson array driven by microwave frequencies of 70 GHz.
